GWS is made up of a governing Council and a secretariat, headed by the Executive Director and run based on a membership scheme. The membership scheme consists of:
Wildlife Clubs of Ghana (Junior membership)
How can people join Wildlife Clubs? A minimum of 10 people can start a club of their own in a school or a community. For a Club to be recognized, a registration form should be completed and submitted with the registration and membership fees. Once a group is formed, new members can always be added. The success of a Club depends on the enthusiasm and activities of Club members. Kindly download and fill registration form here
Our adult supporters are made up of volunteers, old WCG members and people who love nature and have the interest to support conservation activities. As and when they are available, adult members get invited to educate and raise awareness about conservation in schools, communities, radio and television and have the opportunity to attend workshops, conferences and training sessions organised by the Society. They have further opportunities to share their knowledge on new research and experiences in the world of wildlife conservation.
Our goal is to promote the conservation of wildlife in all forms for the benefit of nature and people.
We provide expert consultation services in biodiversity conservation through our team of well-qualified professional staff in the conservation field.
