TREE PLANTING EXERCISE AT THE KORLE-LAGOON RESTORATION PARK

The 2010 World Environment Day was marked with a tree planting exercise dubbed, ‘’the greening project’’. The Ghana Wildlife Society, together with the giant automobile company Toyota Ghana and some members of the Wildlife Clubs of Ghana from Ebenezer, Presbyterian Boys’ and Accra Academy Senior High schools,  planted about 800 tree seedlings on the site as their contribution to the greening of the capital city. more»
